At GolfStar Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear; if your new clubs or apparel don't meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all club headcovers, adjustment tools, and tags are included.

  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, attach it to your box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our pro-shop team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
